JOB HUNTING :A GUIDE FOR THE MID-PROFESSIONALS

In today’s drastically changing career world, seeking job change once or twice or even more, in one’s professional career is commonly acknowledged. However, before immediately taking the plunge into making such decision hastily; there are some things to take into consideration that are active roadblocks.

So I am introducing an effective model backed by thorough research work known as FFE Job Change Pyramid that will help ease the process of understanding how mid-professionals can go through job-hunting procedures that will guarantee the ultimate success!

The FFE (Foundation-Focus-Execution) Job Change Pyramid is a proactive bottom-up approach framework that helps mid-professionals to navigate career paths effectively, by enhancing their ability to adapt and explore their foundation and focus on improving their capabilities that helps in driving them to a career change leading to successful job transition. Moreover, it is much more than just getting a new job. It is a continual process of learning and evolving.

How this framework can help?

As mid-professionals, there is much more significance of job change as it helps in enhancing one’s employment journey. This facilitated career framework tool enables mid-professionals to develop a sense of meaning and purpose in their lives. By instituting an understanding of career upgrade, mid-professionals can take the right actions in creating their own successful transformed career pathways.

The FFE Job Change Framework

Why use this framework?

In addition to providing a documented framework study, the FFE Job Change Pyramid:

  • Recharges the overall process of learning that enables skill enhancement and makes the professional a competent employee by giving an additional opportunity to grow. 
  • Improvise networking that enables one to become excellent in gaining valuable insights by expanding beyond their comfort zone
  • Redefining one’s core strengths and weaknesses so as to re-establish one’s core values and correlate with one’s potential market value.
  • Rejuvenating one’s sense of facing new challenges, interest, and engagement in life.

The FFE Job Change Pyramid consists of four levels organized into 4 different stages:

FOUNDATION:

Level 1: Resilience

Stage 1: Knowledge -Seeking

Being an active job-seeker in a mid-professional career needs an innate desire in building strong resilience in order to level up their success ladder. If the professionals give themselves enough time for job search and stick proactively, then it shows that they are determinant in shifting to the next job. Resilience is often knowledge-oriented as it seeks to make them dedicated to the aimed goal for a job change.

1) Self-Analysis

2) Assessing one’s core competencies

3) Diagnosing one’s career onboarding requirements

4) Finding accountability in terms of attained experience, knowledge enhancement and necessary skills

1)Self-analysis

Self-analysis before job hunting is a key requirement at the very basic foundation level. Self-analysis leads to self-awareness. As a professional, you already know what you want to do and what you are going to offer. But at the mid-stage of a professional’s job career, decision-making becomes complicated as there are many determinants playing a significant role that creates active roadblocks for the professional in taking the right action.

These set of questions need to be assessed by any mid-professional before looking for a job change –

1. What do you want to do further and why do you want to do it?

2. Why a particular company interest you?

3. Are you satisfied with the existing company, if not, then list down specific reasons to why job change?

4. How differently do you perceive your current accomplishments i.e. in more helpful and productive terms?

5. How are you coping with the existing stressors in life and is that or the actual job environment causing the decision to be favored for a job change?

 2) Assessing core competencies

Job hunting at the very foundation-level requires assessing your core strengths and competencies i.e. what you are good at. The following critical questions need to be assessed by an individual professional before job hunting are-

1. Are my current personality traits both at general and work level competent enough to move on to the next ladder of success?

2. What are my current strength and weaknesses?

3. Am I technically competent enough, if not, what needs to be done?

4. What are the positive attributes that can land me to my next dream job?

3) Diagnosing one’s career onboarding requirements

In-person orientation is career onboarding which is more like a preparation session that helps professionals fit into their new future company and team. Onboarding will take place remotely. However, professionals can review the company’s onboarding procedure by reviewing their handbooks, paperwork’s that is accessible online to be acknowledged regarding how the process takes place clearly. The critical questions that need to look onto by an individual professional before job change includes –

1. What are their in-person training programs and are they actively engaged?

2. Is my next dream company engaged in any wellness initiatives?

3. What are the company employee’s viewpoints on their onboarding experience and is the company really aligned to its mission and vision?

4) Finding accountability in terms of attained experience, knowledge enhancement and necessary skills

If you are changing career as a mid-professional, you as the professional with work experience and job skills, sell your potential by demonstrating the attained knowledge, attained experience value, and transferable skills that you have developed already so that you can be successful in your next career move. The critical questions that need to look onto by an individual professional before job change includes-

  1. What are my current existing skillsets and is that enough to crack my next dream job?
  2. Are my current skills still in demand now?
  3. How I should upskill myself to match relevant skills in demand now?
  4. What am I really good at professionally?
  5. Is my expected career position aligned with my attained work experience?

Commitment is the stage of pro-active network-seeking wherein they focus on their key determinants like building strong online rapport, networking, connecting to job assistance programs, and so on.

1) Mindset Practice

A growth mindset helps individuals to believe that they have the actual potential and can grow through the right practice, efforts, and knowledge enhancement. Developing mindsets in relation to career growth is vital to thrive successively in today’s changing business environment. Those with the right mindset are likely to see changes in their work, work culture, and career as an open opportunity for career advancement even if it’s stressful or challenging. The critical questions that need to look upon by an individual professional before job change includes-

1) Do you view your current obstacles (like for example learning a new skill to advance in getting the next job ) as an opportunity or as a roadblock?

2) Do you know what your current long term and short term goals are?

While making a career shift, the process of conducting a successful job hunt is a prerequisite.

This strategy is designed to guide mid-professionals through the broad process of identifying the right job targets to the specific steps of assessing oneself and applying for positions. Each step is equally important and may involve doing all of the activities simultaneously. This strategic framework can help professionals hunt the right job effectively.

Job-Search Strategy

Step 1: Know your vision

Your vision is a ‘Pictured-Polaroid’ of what you really aspire to and what inspires you in your work life. Articulating your vision for your career enhancement is the first step in helping you eventually reach your career goals.

Step 2. Choose your next dream job

An important step in a successful job search is focusing on your job search targets to which company you want to opt for. The first and foremost question that needs to be asked is –

-Do I have a list of companies I want to target?

-Do I have a list of jobs that I am interested in?

Make this as a priority towards understanding clearly that where you want to go and then start then with the actual process.

Step 3: Assess your competencies

Skillset assessment is the best start point to begin thinking about job hunting targets. Make a list of your skillset, work experience, projects undertaken, and transferable skills you have learned through your experiences. It may also be benefitting to remember previous successful experiences that demonstrated your best qualities.

Step 4: Build competitive intelligence

Thorough research of interested target companies will give you clarity on what companies you should opt for and reject. Build a strong network by connecting to employees, initiative programs of your company of interest. Building and updating all your online profiles helps in maintaining a close, harmonious relationship with the other employees and executives and ultimately leading to share one another’s values and priorities in life.

Step 5: Assess market implications

Hunting for a job during an economic slowdown is never a good chance to take. Hence, there is an utmost need to understand –

-What is the current economic scenario?

-Would it be risky to change jobs if there is an economic slowdown?

Step 6: Job search strategy

This step primarily focuses on building strong updated resumes, cover letters so as to get ready for the further application process. These resumes and cover letters could be forwarded to the company of interest through different connections, referrals, job fairs, job boards, assistance programs, or communicating with the headhunters and hiring specialists.

Step 7: Application approval

This step approves your application and all you have to do is wait for the ultimate call.

Step 8: Interview

This is when the applicant’s application is approved and getting a call for an interview. The preparation for the interview should be thoroughly based on expected mid-level self-assessment.

Step 9: Negotiation

After the final interview when it comes to the final selection, negotiate in terms of salary, work policies, compensation, and benefits based on past and proven experience.

Step 10:Dream Job

On successful completion of all the above stages, the ultimate result is your dream job.

3) Assessing one’s performance and contributions

The first and foremost question that needs to go through once you are acquainted with the job description provided by your company of interest is –

How are you doing currently in terms of your overall performance compared to what your job description says you should be doing?

Rating oneself based on those set standards provided in job description helps mid-professionals decide that at what position they are currently in, so they can re-evaluate their necessary capabilities by building required skills and attain the desired experience.

The following things can be considered by a professional in order to assess one’s job performance:

-Comparing self-assessment with any physical documents that confirm your overall performance. Eg.performance appraisal, any awards, certificates, etc.

-Getting feedback from the supervisors, subordinates so as to understand at what position as an employee you are in.

4) Previous/Current Project- Delivery Impact study

It’s crucial for mid-professionals to do a thorough project –delivery impact assessment of their previous/current projects and how it impacted and benefitted the company as a whole. This will help to reconsider the required need for a job change to understand which area must be focused on the most.

The critical questions that need to look upon by an individual professional before job change includes-

1) Did my previous /current projects had an overall positive reinforcement on me as an employee?

2) Did my previous /current projects bring any positive spike in increasing my compensation/salary?

3) What are the constraints and blockages that were put forth leading to a below-average performance in previous /currents projects?

FOCUS:

Level 3: Dynamics

Stage 3: Change-seeking

Change in dynamics at the workplace is increasingly responsible for professionals to shift towards new job opportunities. The mid-level professionals are more focused on to job change than the top level and junior level professionals as they are mostly looking for work-life balance and are in conduct to mitigate any factors that may affect their career for the long –term. Hence, they avoid compromising for any situations that may seem unfavorable and look for new opportunities.

There are many determinants that are affecting the changing dynamics leading the professionals to answer one critical question i.e. What are the key determinants affecting my decision for the job change in current work dynamics?

These key determinants that may primarily affect includes-

-Work not challenging/productive

-Company location

-Lack of promotion and growth opportunities

-Strained relations with the superiors and subordinates leading to job dissatisfaction

-Lack of training and development programs

-Nepotism/favoritism

-Lack of operational freedom

-Unfavorable work conditions

-Lack of respect/civility

The questions at this level that need to be assessed by the professional are-

Whether my next company of interest would be effective enough in order to provide me a better work environment?

-Whether my next company of interest is mitigating above key determinants effectively so that I could be sustaining in the company for the long term?

-Whether my next company of interest is adaptable with changing business requirement?

-Are the current economic conditions stable, if not, is my company of interest working effectively in such situations?

EXECUTION:

Level 4: Fulfilment

Stage 4: Leverage- seeking

In order to truly feel fulfilled, you need to identify what your purpose is so that as a professional you can strive toward it in everything you want to do. The prominent result for any professional is fulfilment of the set goals that leverage overall satisfaction towards job change.

In order to find your purpose, ask yourself questions like-

  • Am I really happy?
  •  How does my new career change really make me feel?

The four primary key determinants that lead to fulfilment leveraging success in changing job career is –

1) Ability

2) Autonomy

3) Utility

4) Growth

1)Ability

When the professional build up the right skill set and the right mindset to take action and is aligned with the expected job change requirements, the professional’s ability is enhanced to take the leap to a better career move.

2) Autonomy

Autonomy refers to how much freedom professionals have while they are working. Autonomy means employees can decide how their work should be done, how effectively it can be done, and how much organizational freedom they are in control without affecting their job satisfaction. Higher the level of autonomy, higher result as an increase in job fulfillment.

3) Utility

Utility means happiness or the things people want. If the company of interest is increasing utility i.e. helping the professionals to get more of what they want from a job, higher would be the fulfillment that sounds like the original notion behind what should make for fulfillment in one’s career.

4) Growth

Job change often leads to maximize opportunities for overall professional growth in any mid-professionals career. Hence, if all the above levels are fulfilled with each of its prime determinants taken into consideration carefully, then the success curve for any mid-professional’s career growth will remain high.Job change makes sense only if it creates value for the professional and the company they are working for.

              This conceptual framework for job change has been structured taking into consideration the mid-professionals concerns. The framework involves the unique relationship of several factors staged into a transformational journey adding valuable insights into a professional’s personal decision-making on a job change.

Post World -War I had left several scars on every person backdated in the 19th century, as the harshness of reality seemed brutal to digest and all they needed was an escape.

During that period, Sigmund Freud provided a means to all writers and poets to wake up from their consciousness by tapping into the deeper context of dreams, hallucinations, and trance to utilize the subconscious brain imagination.

This movement was founded in the year 1924 where Andre Breton who was a renowned leader and the author of ‘The Surrealist Manifesto’ including a small group of writers Salvador Dali ,Max Ernst ,Andre Masson ,Man Ray,Paul Eluard ,Phillp Soupalt, Loui Aragon, Joan Miro, Rene Magritte and Francis Picabia together came forward to unlock the channel of realism into consciousness that still remains influential today.

Surrealism’s primary goal was to liberate thoughts, human experiences from the boundaries of realistic rationalism. It was much more like a revolutionary movement capable of unleashing minds and producing dreams that juxtaposed ambiguity into absolute surreality which profoundly means today to be in super-reality.

What did it mean to be a surrealist ?

To dwell in the deeper meaning of subconscious by breaking the chains of rational reality that were fixed on the foundation of logic, reason, and aestheticism of modern capitalist society is what surrealist tried to express in it’s most subtle form.

Sometimes, living in a world of logic demands us to portray materialistic attitude.

Due to this, our beloved imagination is lost somewhere between living unconsciously and becoming hostile to intellectual and modern advancement.

But can we accept this reality ?

Yes.

Only when commonality is neglected and prime observation on thoughts are embraced. Where consciousness stands as a visual expression that is absurd but its liquidity is derived essentially through the passage of random visual images and words that may disdain from all aesthetic standards set.

Leonora Carrington in an interview conducted by Hans Ulrich Obrist in 2005 defined surrealism as – unconscious fantasy.

It revealed through desire but not any means to escape reality but alter it, thus connecting this form as a fusion of art and politics.

Surrealism establishes its rooted ground on the certain belief that living and ceasing to live are mere imaginary solutions and existence …well it elsewhere.

The most revered proponent of surrealism was with no doubt ,The Great Salvador Dali.

Salvador Dali(1904-1989)

In the words of Salvador Dali ,surrealism is said to be a symbolic language of the subconscious,truly a universal language that doesn’t depend on culture reveries or intelligence.

This was absolutely made clear in his best-known work for the painting ‘The persistence of memory, 1931’ showing melting clocks in a landscape setting.

The absolute meaning of surrealism can be depicted by the significance of melting clocks depicting time that melts away in dreams. This painting had tactically awakened each viewer’s eye in a dream-state that is distorted yet powerfully expressed.

STOICISM : THE MOTIVATION MANIFESTO

I am not alone. I am an element of stoicism. I have been inspired by stoicism fitting my existence on the foundation of virtue/excellence, happiness/fulfillment, prudence /practical wisdom, and justice/morality.

My practical experience with adoption of stoic principles have transformed and shaped my reality that gave me peacefulness and a new perspective on life.

Let’s first understand what stoicism is all about by debunking the concept in simpler terms, so as to give you clarity.

The primary question we often ask ourselves is how should we handle life’s challenges that are put forth at any given time? How should we deal with morality and accept the world as it is that affects us in a million ways? How should we live in peace and how should we die without selfish resentment?

I will try to answer these questions that are never-ending but when it comes to speculative translations, few teachings motivated my learning to answer this in a simple manner. And all thanks to the originator of benevolent words by characters like Seneca and Epictetus.

Live like a Stoic for a week

Stoicism is basically a mix of all inspirational text that philosophy adopted to all positive predicaments of mindfulness.Its uncomplicated preaching advice that shares wisdom and virtues to become practically a moral human.

The important things that I adopted out of stoicism is –

Having the right state of mind

Whenever your freedom of choice is compromised, your decision plays a significant role to get rid of the circumstance without hurting yourself or others.The decision in practicality is based on your wisdom, your character, and your understanding of your major highs and painstaking lows.Having the right state of mind in such events, can help us look at challenges in the best possible way

To ally one’s own fear to tackle any particular event

Imagine any event or catastrophe that you fear the most and undergo visualizing the incident as if happening to oneself. The positive outcome that you can get by doing this is -‘dispreferred indifferent’ that means it would be really a good thing if such event never happens in the future, but if it did happen, it won’t in any way affect your worth and your wisdom.

Mindfulness

Reminding oneself that ‘I not only live in my present but henceforth every decision I make has a moral dimension that needs to be approached with proper care and thoughtfulness’.In modern terms what we say ethics that eventually stands on the principle of stoicism.

Disrupting oneself

Working and doing things in a static environment degrades your thought process.You need to break down the elements in your surrounding ,go beyond the limit but drifting control and determine the results on your own.

Virtue is the best state of disposition

Virtue is the state on account of which a living ,breathing human is good ,an observant of the laws ,is disposed to practical faith and a possessor of wisdom thoughts.

Stoicism basically helps you to clear your mind of all the troubles by looking at it in a different perspective.

I pick up stoic sayings every now and then, script it down in words, read out aloud, and absorb it as much as I can.

This is my daily practice that gives me peace and utmost fulfillment of who I really am.

“Don’t seek for everything to happen as you wish it would, but rather wish that everything happens as it actually will—then your life will flow well.”-Epictetus

“Curb your desire—don’t set your heart on so many things and you will get what you need.”-Epictetus

“If anyone can refute me—show me I’m making a mistake or looking at things from the wrong perspective—I’ll gladly change. It’s the truth I’m after, and the truth never harmed anyone.”-Marcus Aurelius

These words enchanted my perspective towards change ,death and shortness of life that I believe are important lessons to adopt in our life.

At the core of stoicism, there is an entire collection on words of wisdom that it is quite impossible literally to cover in a single post.

However,, in this post I will present you some of the best lessons from Stoicism that you can certainly takeaway to bring a change in your own character.

1.The bad experience only affects you only if you return bad experience

In simplistic terms, it means that we should not get upset about the misdeeds of others. The only thing you can do is change them, if possible, but if they are stubborn minded, accept the way it is. Harmony takes birth in the cradle of forgiveness. To accept the despised nature and lead life in harmony.

2.Fame and desires fades into oblivion

The pursuit of fame and desire is mere foolishness. These things fade into oblivion and lead a shortened hindsight on one’s own vanity. The stoicism explains that anything in life could never be made better by praise, as the appraisal is often the static deterioration of one’s own mortality.The desire for fame leads us to act immorally. The desire for utmost fame leads one to be more evil out of anger and resentment. And death pursues his existence with no virtues to embrace .

3.The universal truth is change

The eternal changing nature of the universe is the prime truth.We need to accept that we don’t gain or lose anything in the same eternity.All we do is accept and lead the way through it on foundation of wisdom and vice. Change is the beginning of life and death as it transforms the internal and external belongings by being in harmony with the nature.

4.Problems do not exist ,you create it

Our perception of events are the finest cure and the upsetting symptom of our experience that leads our character. We as humans should wipe off impressions of problems before they exist and if they exist, lead through it unaffected.

The stoics have a core belief that our job as humans is to be good and do good. Make choices that embrace happiness, acceptance, respect and moral ethics under its wings to lead a better life.

Digital Detox : The Unplugged World

Everybody gets so much information all day long that they lose their common sense.

As rightly said by Gertrude that we utterly lose our common sense and make ourselves less focused and productive by being connected to the digital world, as we are constantly exposed to attention dominated technologies. So as the morning progresses, we are into the loophole of Twitter, Instagram, Facebook wherein we are captivated in a robe-like grip of constant suffocation.

But what do we know how this addictive habit is affecting us ?

I have been caught in this prey several times before and it significantly affected my ability to think, to process emotions, and caused high resonating body restlessness. My body and my spirit felt almost separated and I could not relate to simplistic situations without being negative towards it.

This almost stopped when I came across this book by Damon Zahariades, Digital Detox: Unplug To Reclaim Your Life that drastically affected my daily routine to bring a positive change once and for all. After reading this book I decided to try getting unplugged from the digital world where I altered my routine every week.

And trust me ,this digital dumping therapy for altered week brought a complete change in me.

When you are constantly plugged into the digital world, you start to lose track of the real world and your entire being outside the box of technology.

There are some clear warnings signs so as to why you need a break from digital world:

  • You constantly check devices throughout the day.
  • You are struggling to focus on your work or your routine.
  • You are easily distracted.
  • You aren’t sleeping well leading to sleep-deprived problems.
  • You’re becoming less productive day-by-day.

In many recent studies, it appears that the world of social media that is too much exposed to false implications could be impacting our mental state by causing insomnia, anxiety, and depression problems. Studies also revealed that it makes us less empathetic and has potential physical effects ranging from neck pain, wrinkles to increased blood pressure.

Sure, this level of the hyperconnected world has benefits: as you can express yourself on different platforms, can be connected to different communities around the world, and get various opportunities to share your valuable inputs, but the downside of negative barriers are quite higher to breakdown.

So why would you unplug from the digital world and how it can benefit you?

I will share with you all some key benefits one cane takeaway by this follow-up routine of mine that helped me to be less virtually connected and attain state of mindfulness.

This is my 7-day digital detox routine which could help you cleanse your mental tiredness and detox once and for all.

Here are some key benefits to this weekly practice:

1.Boost productivity and creativity

Unplugging gives you more time to grow and learn new things . Our attention span is productively utilized for self-improvement by focusing on reading, playing outdoor games, exercising, and so on.

2.Personal growth

Unplugging helps us to calm our state of mind by focusing on the right things, as it really brings a change in your entire character by developing habits to be more patient and to work upon strengths and weaknesses. At the same time , it benefits your health by reducing stress and anxiety problems.

3.Healthier relationships

Getting addicted to the social world may lead your social connection in real life to lay on a backseat and say Goodbye forever.By unplugging yourself from digital world ,you would able to be more active in maintaining healthier relationships by going out for dinner,having real talk and boosting real connections.

The extraordinary you are gifted with the power to behold your projection towards your past, present, and future that is manifesting your own self-perception.

The truth for me is that subconsciously we are in a habit to look at reality from two different perspectives.

One is the positive perception that is ingrained patterns to self muse without any ambiguity but clear thinking patterns.

And the second one is the negative perception that roots to disbelief and constant exposure to confusion and chaos.

In this article, I am going to discuss the power of the subconscious mind that can change your thinking patterns, to believe in your own self-image projecting different dimensions of oddly satisfying expectations.

The first and foremost thing to understand is what subconscious mind is and how it is relatable?

Your subconscious mind is infinite intelligence.

It can relate problems to its circumstances affecting your reality. Your conscious mind accumulates thoughts, processes it further, and then penetrates into the subconscious mind which in turn produces new thoughts and the cycle continues.

These thoughts then impregnate your reality with actual experiences. And this, in turn, affects your belief system.

Beliefs are foundations for what we consider good and evil.

This affects our reality to how we reflect in our surroundings. If it primarily settles, the impact can be good or bad. If it unsettles, you can change it.

But change is temporary. As change creates new circumstances that are controlled by its temperament. If you lack the temperament to think right, the result is obviously not right.

Everyone has their own unique belief system. Most people believe in what they think is the current reality.

It all really boils down to how we perceive the world around us because the world will always morph to confront its own belief system cemented to the prior expectation of actual reality.

Consider a situation where we believe that differentiating humanity based on color is inhumane.

But how many really could imbibe this into their thought process?

We are the chariots of God’s belief system and we follow their moral principles. But how much do we actually believe in this morality? How many of us are exposed to the truth is it’s most beautiful form? How many of us worship God, not just for the sake of worshipping but following up to their teachings?

Not many to count? Am I right?

Why is this so that color became a rational state of distinguishing factor that negatively affected our own humanity. Where in God never differentiated. He never put forth in his teachings to succumb immoral principles and misjudged beings like this one?

So why are we in command?

Because we all are visualizing the commandments in its very core that is degraded. That is merely sufficed to manipulate simple truth that is, to believe or not to believe. That resonates with constant negative thinking and chaos over mindfulness.

So, what can be done?

1.Train your subconscious mind

Train your subconscious for building your right belief system.

Train your subconscious into believing what you think is right that will not affect you and others.

Practice this every night before sleeping.

Visualize positive thoughts that will lead you to live a better life. Whatever reality or belief you want your mind to adopt, spend a few minutes visualizing it.

This will quiet your mind before falling asleep.

If you want to believe that peace is your priority, imagine a reality in which that is a truth for you. See yourself living more peacefully and feeling happy. Hear yourself thinking how easy it is to be at peace.

This is so powerful because right before sleep and waking up the transition leads your brain to move into theta brainwaves state, making it very easy to reach the subconscious.

2. Another way is to set a new belief system

Change is of utmost importance if your thinking patterns, your behavior, your habits harm you in a certain way.

Let your mind rest upon good thoughts by leading your life through it. Thinking is a primary step but acting upon it is a tough task.

But if you go through this phase successfully, your transition towards subconscious won’t burden you in disbelief.

And once these new beliefs are in your subconscious mind, it’s all set! Once your subconscious mind accepts this new belief, through powers not fully understood in this human lifetime but exposed in its spiritual form, your reality will begin to shift to match these new beliefs that you hold.

As rightly said by Frank that fear is this monstrous outlook that continuously keeps us backtracking to our own disbelief that holds us back from our very existence. We get attached to rejection and abandonment as safer landing that eventually harms our self -esteem.

To be honest , failure should not scare you .As it opens your mind to think, to accept and learn in a continuum .We see millions of dreams grieving at regrets that was only driven by fear .You have potential but you lack conviction to accept fear at it’s core .

Every morning wake up and say this to yourself to feel awakened and become more motivation -driven.

Tell your heart that your dreams do not deserve obliteration but self-acceptance.

Tell your work that it has the courage to be luminous and to outshine your own doubts.

Accept that your struggle is a sanctuary of learning and experiences.

Let your fear drive your motivation.

Can you imagine if we all overcame the fear that is inside us and let our courage breathe, what would we be like? There would be significantly positive drive in the world we live in .Peace at it’s core and mindfullness as the substance towards encouragement .There will be happy souls everywhere and so many more beautiful creations to look for .

Here are a few ways you can overcome your fear –

1.Confront yourself to be fearless

No one in this world is entirely fearless .It is a common emotion that reflects our behavior to natural experience .So , it becomes necessary that you confront yourself every day with words like”I am fearless .I won’t affect myself from any unfamiliar event surrounding me .I deserve experience and to relish that in it’s purest form , I need to learn to be fearless.”

2.Be self -determined to take right actions

In short ,don’t be a victim of your own actions , instead learn to identify the barriers and find out ways to overcome by acting upon it with right decisions that will help you and others around you.

Fearless people have attractive quality of being self-determined and innately powerful .How do they do that?

The answer to this question is,”You are in control of your mind, body and spirit .The way you shape it leads you to different transitions and happenings in your surrounding “.By transforming your belief to be self-determined to take rightful decisions will ultimately lead you to be no more succumbed to fearful thoughts .

To conclude: confronting to your fears with positive thoughts can effectively improve your perception towards life and improve your quality of living .

3.Visualise

Visualisation is a powerful mechanism to overdrive fear and obstacles through your own see-through glass towards positive perception. It teaches you self-awareness of your reasoning to why you fear and what you fear and what can be done about it. The only way forward is to face it and conquer it.

4.Stop comparing yourself with others

Self-contentment is a positive reaction towards accepting yourself as you are .That not only helps you overcome fear but has overall positive impact on your personality .You become more confident and your self-esteem could not be harmed in any way .No amplitude of fear could touch your soul but instead would encourage you to keep on challenging your own self to do better .

In the end, to conclude, I would address fear as a temporary resentment. If you build up yourself in this way where self-awareness and courage bind your positive personality, you will own every chance to progress and become the best version of your own self.
